Swedish Massage
Swedish massage is one of the most popular modalities. It can be gentle and slow, or vigorous and bracing, depending on what the client whats to achieve at the end. Swedish massage uses five main strokes to stimulate the circulation of blood through the body; petrissage, effleurage,  friction, tapping, and vibration.Swedish Massage also stimulates the skin  and nervous system while at the same time relaxing the nerves themselves. As it can help reduce emotional and physical stress it is often recommended as part of a regular  program for stress management.

Deep Tissue
Deep tissue massage usually focuses on more specific areas and may cause some soreness during or right after the massage. However, if the massage is done correctly you should feel better than ever within a day or two.Deep-tissue techniques include myofascial release work and trigger point work. It is also a more focused type of massage, as the therapist works to release chronic muscle tension or knots (also known as "adhesions").A deep-tissue massage helps loosen muscle tissues, release toxins from muscles and get blood and oxygen circulating properly. Because many toxins are released, it's important to drink plenty of water after a deep-tissue session to help eliminate these toxins from the body.

Hot Stones
When placed on areas along the front or back of the body, hot stones are designed to relieve stress and pain, relax muscles and their surrounding tissues, and improve circulation and overall health. The massage therapist may also hold the stones and use them to massage certain areas of the body. The hot stones are usually made of basalt, a type of rock that is rich in iron, so they retain heat. The stones can be used for their heat alone, or as massage tools used in combination with essential oils used in aromatherapy.People who have received Hot Stone Massages have reported considerable improvements in symptoms of neck pain, back pain, TMJ, PMS, stress, depression insomnia, arthritis and even relief from Multiple Sclerosis and the pain of Fibromyalgia.
WARNING: Pregnant women should not get a Hot Stone Massage because  it can induce labor, or cause the baby to turn. Those with high blood pressure or diabetes shouldn’t either, since the process may complicate these conditions. Areas affected by skin conditions or varicose veins shouldn’t be massaged, since heat from the stones may aggravate the problem.

Reflexology
In reflexology, the focus is on specific and pointed areas of the hands, feet and ears, to target major systems of the body as well as specific internal organs. With reflexology, the flow of blood to the brain, feet, intestines and kidneys is increased. The reason could be that reflexology relaxes the body, which includes our cardiovascular system, and thus allow it to pump blood easily and naturally.
